Warm greetings from Malaysia!

I’m Robin Ng, and I specialize in wedding photography. Weddings are important events and bring unique memories, hence my specialization.

“A picture says a thousand words” – I see photography as a simple means to relay the beauty of art and to express myself creatively. I want to see people being happy by capturing their positive emotions in as natural as possible.

I must say I’m a privileged guy, for I’m living out my dreams. With support from my wife, Alice and encouragement from my 8-year-old twins, Trish and Tisha, I turned my hobby into a full-time profession.

So far, I’ve been flown to weddings in Bali, Singapore, Phuket , Perth, Brisbane, Hong Kong, Macau and San Francisco (US) and coming soon to Europe. What a great way to see the world!

Today Nikon Announced new lenses. I am very interested in the AF-S Nikkor 16-35mm f/4G ED VR lens (USD 1259.95 MYR 4333.60) . So now I can keep my heavy 14-24mm f2.8 at home. Not really interested in the AF-S NIKKOR 24mm f/1.4G ED (USD 2199.95 MYR 7566). I was actually waiting for the new AF-S NIKKOR 85mm f/1.4G ED to be announce. Hope is very SOON too!

The iPad lack of:

no camera (I prefer iphone 3Gs)

From what i understand it use micro sim card for the 3G. Not sure if telco from malaysia (maxis, celcom. digi etc) will provide this!

While i writing this post, i still in traveling mode. Currently in Kota Kinabalu for wedding shoot. And i will be shooting my last wedding for 2009 in few hours time.

Just to share the pass 3 shoots i have done from this trip! Alex & Kymn (back from China) in Johor Bahru, Anthony & Alison (back from LA) in Bunga Raya resort, Gayana Island, Kota Kinabalu and Geoffrey & Yee Hwa (back from PERTH) in Magellan Sutera, Sutera Harbour.
